Is it better to have more than one cutting board?
Some people prefer to use one cutting board for meats and one for
everything else, although this is not necessary because studies
have shown that bacteria dies or goes dormant in wood after about
three to four minutes. If cooking multiple items and different meats,
an extra cutting board or two can very useful though.
