Cutting Boards
When selecting a cutting board check to see if the board is:
- H.A.C.C.P. Compliant and Recommended.
- Make sure that your board is USDA approved.
- Cleaned easily due to a smooth, durable, nonabsorbent surface.
- NSF listed Under Standard 51 listed material. This certification,
received at the expense of the manufacturer, is a very important
quality and fit for use standard meeting stringent NSF criteria.
