Great for making anything that is cut into small pieces - simply cut and scrape pieces into the tray. Remove tray and drop in another one - Viola! Comes with 3 trays 9 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 2" deep. Extra trays available. Feet are set in back of the cutout so that hole can be placed over disposal without tray so scrap pieces can be scraped directly into disposal.
