Antibacterial Cutting Board
An antibacterial cutting board is designed to ensure safe
food preparation. The antibacterial cutting board is made
from solid polypropylene and come with three removable antibacterial
cutting mats, each color coded and depicting a particular
type of food (poultry, meat and fish). Designed to fit into
slats on the board’s corners, these thin, flexible layers
eliminate the need to sterilize the entire board every time
you prep a different food; if you cut poultry on one layer,
simply remove it and prep a different food on another. An
additional set of four cutting mats (sold separately) offers
one mat each for poultry, meat and fish plus a plain one for
multiple uses. An indented handle at each end of the board
facilitates lifting. Board and mats are dishwasher safe.
